About the Ace The MSAT Preparation Course
Preparing for the MSAT can feel daunting, but with the right structure and support, it doesn’t have to be. Ace the MSAT is built to give students the skills, technique, and confidence needed to perform at their best.
The Complete course runs as 2 live online Saturdays, one in December and one in February, delivered over Microsoft Teams so students anywhere can join safely and conveniently. Each class works through question types and solutions in detail, with a clear presentation style and a teaching approach that encourages real engagement, so students learn not just from Dr Gannon, but from each other too.
Alongside the live classes, students get access to 5 full-length mock MSAT exams with detailed solutions, and a complete set of learning modules covering worked examples, techniques, and strategies across all three MSAT sections, everything needed to prepare thoroughly and walk into the exam ready.
About Your MSAT Teacher
Dr John Gannon has an excellent track record preparing students for competitive admissions tests. He has taught the HPAT annually since 2013, through a combination of online and in-person classes, working with hundreds of students and helping many secure a place in medical school in Ireland. He now brings that same experience and teaching approach to the MSAT.
Since qualifying from medicine in University College Dublin, John has worked as a doctor in Ireland, Australia, and Zambia. His qualifications include Membership of the Faculty of Paediatrics, a Diploma in Tropical Medicine & Hygiene, and a Master of Public Health. He currently works as a Specialist Registrar in Public Health Medicine in Ireland
